Rule 24
Acts that are not considered to be contrary to conduct
Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the following actions shall not be considered to be acts contrary to the conduct of this regulation:-
(a) To give written or oral lectures on the subject of his/her expertise, and to study and teach with prior approval, without adversely affecting the work of the office, except during office hours. (b) To be a member of literature, art, culture, sports, knowledge, science, technology, entertainment and professional and social organizations and participate in such forums,
(c) To participate outside office hours in meetings, conferences etc. organized by professional associations except those organized by political parties and their sister organizations,
(d) To publish articles and compositions that do not adversely affect the policies, objectives, programs, operations and privacy of the government,
(e) Participate in competitions open to all and receive prizes, medals, certificates and honors,
(f) To take necessary action to obtain remedy in Adda Court according to law against such actions regarding the injustice done to you.
